So I'm thinking ... because of the amazing generosity of so many of you, when I add my $300 I might soon have enough for a really nice machine, something the other kids will really envy, something like an Apple MacBook. His loss will become a gain. Wouldn't that be cool?Or ... maybe I should just kidnap him after school next week and take him to a computer store and say, "OK, pick one."

Just tell him he's got to figure out how to keep the dang thing secure....
